Stay Away!!!
Upon reporting to this property manager about an issue we had in the unit we were staying in, Mr. Brock Curzon, the owner and operator's response was profoundly inappropriate and deeply upsetting, especially given that I was simply seeking help for what seemed like a routine maintenance issue. Instead of support, I received mockery, hostility, and verbal abuse.
What followed was not only unexpected—it was deeply disturbing. To my disbelief, Mr. Curzon’s initial response was not only dismissive but included profanity and mocking language. He wrote:
“Good luck with that. I emailed the property maintenance company but they're unlikely to respond at this time, so there's nothing I can do about it. You'll survive so spare me with the sobbing and save it for fuck sake.”
Unfortunately, rather than de-escalating or showing any sense of accountability, Mr. Curzon's conduct deteriorated even further in subsequent emails. In these, he wrote statements such as:
• “Your pretentious dramatization and nonsense demands led to me not wanting to assist you further.”
• Accused me of “blowing the breaker.”
• Told me I need to “grow up.”
• And finally, with what felt like pure vindictiveness, he declared: “You are not welcomed back at this property or any of the other properties we manage.”
This raises serious concerns about the professionalism and accountability of individuals entrusted with property and guest management.
