I was impressed with how Maclauchlan Contracting completed a new roof on a neighbours home and when it was time I contacted them for a quote on a new roof. I received three quotes from three contractors. They were not the cheapest and not the highest quotes. I choose Maclauchlan Contracting. They arrived on time and after placing plywood between my garage door and the garage bin before removed my old shingles and installed new shingles. I observed them several times to see how they were doing. I asked several questions and they were polite when answering my concerns. When they were finished for the day they made sure the property was clean and checked and removed any nails which hit the ground. They returned the next morning and completed the installation of the roof vents. They cleaned and checked again for loose nails. My neighbour told me the next day she was outside doing yard work and remarked there was no loud music playing and no foul language from the crew on the roof, she was impressed. I am happy with the new roof, the competitive price and the crew who did a great job and an excellent clean up. I would recommend Maclauchlan Contracting to anyone who requires a new roof. David Orr
