My son’s closet ceiling fell in - ugh, what a mess! Nelson to the rescue. After an estimate from the “other guy” who stood in the backyard and sent his drone up, Nelson came over, within a few hours of when I called him, and got up on the roof himself (right after a rain storm!). He showed us pictures of the roof and what he thought was causing the problem: the damage wasn't obvious. So nice to have that small business touch - to talk to the owner, the one who would be doing the work. Best new yet, his estimate was half Mr. Other Guy’s! Needless to say, we booked him. Nelson did a great job, always in touch with kind communication. After he finished, he didn’t bill us right away; instead he waited until a heavy rain and then had me check to make sure the leak in the closet was truly fixed. Nelson’s a sweetheart and a pro. To top it off - he fixed some broken tiles on the front of my house. I didn’t even ask! That’s service.

Matrix Construction is reliable and does an excellent job. I was concerned about leaks and possible leaks. Nelson covered all of it. He is a hard worker and is very thorough. I will be using his services again. Thank you so much!

Highest recommendations must go to this company. Everything is handled impeccably...courteous and friendly cusHighesttomer service, fair prices, honest beautiful work. Amazing follow-up also...if you call they either answer or return your call asap. They make sure you are happy with the completed work, communication is thorough and they do what they promise when they promise in a VERY timely manner. Could not ask for a more precise and professional roofer than matrix.

Nelson has been roofing for decades. He was familiar with my slate roof, identified the cracks and holes, and repaired it for a reasonable price. No more leak! He's up front about prices. No surprises. His giving me a 3-year warranty on his work speaks to his integrity.

Nelson demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication from start to finish. The quality of his work was excellent, and his service was efficient and well-organized. I strongly recommend him, as his pricing reflects great value for the quality provided. I will definitely work with him again on future projects.
