Very kind staff. My stylist, Laura is extremely thorough with the consultation. And she always sets expectations and exceeds them every time. She always listens to my budget and does her best to give me what I want within my budget. I honestly respect that and always leave the salon feeling great and looking amazing. I cannot stop raving about her or the salon. 10/10.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Meyer Saloon during what was supposed to be a simple consultation for hair extensions. As a businesswoman newly relocated from Europe, I asked about the pricing, as it was significantly higher than what I’m used to. I made a $1,000 deposit after the explanation and was ready to proceed.
Later, I called to ask if it was still possible to adjust the hair color to match my twin sister’s—something I explained was important to me. I requested to speak directly with the owner, Jessica, but instead received a call saying they had decided not to proceed with my appointment because I had questioned the price and the hair color.
Despite expressing full trust in her professional judgment and confirming that I still wanted the service, she told me I was “not a fit” and abruptly canceled everything.
This is not how you treat a new client, especially someone trying to settle in a new country and looking for a reliable salon. The experience was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional, and frankly, upsetting. I was refunded, but I will never return—and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone seeking respectful and trustworthy service
