Agent Erica Boller made me very uncomfortable. Never followed up with me on an offer on a property. Claimed she lost my contact and the listing info. Admitted she never contacted the seller. Completely blew me off and had a new agent call me. Then when I called her, she claimed she didn't know who I was but then said she was at the health club working out and couldn't hear me. The bizarreness led me to feel that I wasn't wanted in that area. Housing discrimination, red-lining and steering are real.
