I have not received my car back yet and now have to pay car rental fees. It has been over 30 days now and at around that time I received the text that my quote was finished and they would be starting on my car. At 30 days! My insurance just informed me that they only cover it while they are fixing it so I have surpassed their limit although I was told I had 50 days. So now I have to pay rental fees as I need a car after having to pay a 1000 deductible on a hit and run that was not my fault. Their communication is piss poor. I went to them because USAA recommended them, I do not. I still have no idea when I will get my car back and it has been in the shop for 40 days.
