Came here and ran the water in my sink and bathtub for about 5 minutes, and didn't fix the problem, or at the very least even diagnose anything, didn't bring one tool inside, or even try to fix anything and charged me $287 terrible business

our sewer main broke causing our toilets to back up. Called Me. Rooter late evening. Kalen replied shortly, confirmed and then showed up just after 7am. diagnosed the problem and set up the major repair the next morning. they replaced our main which required digging up concrete which they did a very tidy clean cut. dug down probably 6 feet and got it all done in day. they also replaced our aging water main at no extra charge and installed a great cleanout trap in case we ever have issues. the next morning a secondary issue arose when a clog in our upstairs bathroom made its way down into the main. they came down the next morning and fixed it FOR FREE !!!! Who does that anymore ? :)
Outstanding service. They were polite, sincere, fast and professional. I gihly recommend and wouldn't consider anyone else.
