I don't write reviews much but was compelled to give a shout out to driver *Mark* who happened to be at Petro Canada (Canada Way + 10th Avenue in Burnaby) when my car broke down.... He was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with... He make a horrible stressful situation more tolerable... He promptly provide service and towed my car to my desired location... Along the way, he was friendly during the ride and advised me of options to resolve my car issue. I couldn't ask for more during this time! He's the type of professional that the towing industry needs!
