In December 2021, I placed an order with Neu Fenster to manufacture the windows and doors for my cottage. They installed the windows and doors in May 2023. All the basement windows were manufactured incorrectly delaying my project. They also sent wrong parts (sliding track) for the sliding doors and the locking mechanism for the front door was never sent. THREE YEARS after we placed the order, in January 2025, the missing locking mechanism and the missing track finally arrived at the Montreal port. It’s now April 2025, and the company continues to refuse to ship the parts to me. Their reason is they want to wait for a larger order to come to Toronto because they don’t want to incur a
separate the cost of the shipment.
This company is not trustworthy and doesn’t comply with its contractual obligations and ignores its customers. Stay away.
