Was a new patient, my primary doctor referred me to this company. It took a long time to get the 1st visit on the books. Finaly, I got to be schedule and seen by a PA (assuming she was). At the appt she came in, so and listening to what I have to be done. I left, remaining for them to call and set a actual removal of the cist appt. It took a month or so, and 5 to 6 try to actually talk to a live person, got set up for 05/15 @ 11 AM. The day of the appt, 1 h before the scheduled appt, I was texted that it needs to cancel, with no reason given. When I called them and told them that I took off work for this appt. she said she was sorry and no reason was given. So, I did say this will cost you a bad review. So, I called my office and asked them if can come to work because the Omni just cancel my appt and no reason was given, just assumed because am on Medicare.
So, I went into work. Very disappointed with this Dr. A. Racette and the office on Happy Valley. Sincerely Adriana L.
