We had our 16x8 motorized garage screen door installed today. The gentleman we dealt with was Robert K. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was not only professional but also has a pleasant personality. I see so many folks that work for the public and they can’t even smile. I like to make working conditions a place where people can enjoy their surroundings and want to do a good job . Robert made sure everything was working properly before they left. We are planning to put another screen door in the garage and I am certainly going to make sure we can request him. Russell and Marlene

I had a broken cable on my garage door. Called overhead door who had installed the door and they sent somebody out within a few days. The tech was Tim R. He did a great job had me back up and running in no time. He was professional and a nice guy.

Tim R and Noah were here today to put a new motor on my garage door. They were on time and did an excellent job! Very nice guys...give them a raise..lol!

Called me that morning and asked if he could come earlier as he had a cancellation. Showed up around 11:30,surveyed the situation,fixed the problem and performed a total inspection of all the parts, finishing around noon. Robert K was so very knowledgeable and repaired my door in no time. He even gave me some good tips to keep mechanism in good working order. Was a super positive experience..Peg C.

I just had a service call from Overhead Door Company of Greater Syracuse. The technician texted me in a timely way to let me know he would arrive on time. Tim R. was professional, courteous, and efficient. He carefully explained the problem and what he would do to fix it. I was thoroughly pleased with the service he provided. I will call this company again with no hesitation..

Tim R replaced my 20 yr old opener today. He came right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and then put in a new opener. He offered a couple different options on the install and took the time to think through the best option. He’s a great tech and really knows garage doors. I’m very pleased with Tim and Overhead Door of Syracuse.
