This place is a fraud and intentionally scams people with sick puppies. I wish I had know how disgusting and dishonest this place was. Bought a puppy last week he ended up sick with parvo another 1000 dollars spent on vet bills. The treatment vet expressed this was the 4th puppy they’ve seen from there with parvo. I immediately called they spoke with me and the vet who told them the estimate to treat they kept insisting they recommend I take him there for treatment. The vet asked do they have an in house vet and the girl just said Nevermind keep him there and send invoices for reimbursement. They knew the exact date I bought him said weekends didnt count since most vets are closed . Two associates stated to send the invoices or bring him back for refund and that I was still within refund or reimbursement timeframe. I mean it’s a family member we bonded with not a freaking toy from Walmart.While I was at the vet they kept nagging me to send the invoices. I got home and sent the invoices and their whole story changed all of a sudden now the refund timeframe expired. I’ve decided to take legal action the emotional stress, financial after intentionally selling a
Sick puppy and I have the conversation recorded
And witnessed by the vet something in my gut told me They’d do it. I find it funny they unsent a message as well.
