I recently went in for an Invisalign consultation. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional, but overall the experience was disappointing.

The front desk process felt disorganized and not very supportive. I was directed to complete forms through the Beautifi website on my own and had to return multiple times for guidance. The financing process was not clearly explained, and requiring a co-signer to complete separate forms on the spot was inconvenient.

I also felt pressured by a “$1000 discount” that was only available if I committed the same day, which made the experience feel more sales-driven than patient-focused.

Overall, while the clinical care was good, the service did not meet my expectations. I may be walking away from a $1000 discount, but they are also losing a patient.
