I recently signed up for my child to receive sessions. This place is very unprofessional. They texted me saying my child's insurance was inactive, and when asked why they couldn't call and verify, the lady, Mary, said that I wasn't the only client and that she didn't have time to sit and wait for insurance to verify. This is very rude and unprofessional. Do not seek help from them since they have so many patients that they can't take the time to verify insurance.

Oh my gosh, DO NOT GIVE them your credit card!!!!! make sure you are checking your credit card...You will be charged and not refunded. I don't know where to start, but I am stilling trying to get back $70 that I was overcharged after being charge the full amount, and I do have insurance. I have been fighting this between my credit card, and the owner has not made the decision to refund me. I hope he has a heart to know that money does not grow on trees and he needs to understand that he has not paid me via my credit card or via sending me a check. I believe that there is a god/ karma and if he still chooses to not pay me back, only god will take care of it knowing that judgement will be massive. So, as long as I don't get paid, he will pay more than $70 in things that he wouldn't even think about, we all get sick, loose the ones we love the most, and tragedy!. Most of the time, god judges us and the way we suffer is based on how we treat others as payment on earth before hell!!! Again, it's only $70 not much, I send it to my kids on cash up to get something to eat before they go to their extracurriculars ;)
