I had been ordering 4 bags of bird seed and 3 bags of dried corn monthly for over a year now. The last order of dried corn was infested with Moths and mildew in all 3 bags. So I called inquiring about the issue. I spoke with DANA, THE IRVINE PETCO MANAGER in which she was so rude with me and would not let me explain the issue. She then kept talking over me saying to bring all the infested bags into the store for a refund. I agreed to bring all 3 infested opened bags into the store to show just how infested and mildew throughout each bag. Due to how rude Dana was, I will be cancelling all monthly orders with Petco. I will never do business with people like that and I had been ordering for over 2 years now with them on a monthly basis paying over $80 monthly for bird seed and dried corn.
