Brandon Inch installed a new A/C unit last week and I'm very pleased with how the entire process went.
Brandon seemed very knowledgeable and efficient. Though no dawdler, the festivities ran a little long due to an unanticipated extra step. He remained cheerful and took all the necessary time to familiarize me with the new unit, make an adjustment to my existing thermostat and clean up the unavoidable mess.
Murray checked in via phone which was also appreciated.
I must say, my home is feeling pretty "cool" now and I look forward to many cool summers to come.
I thank all involved for a positive experience.
Just as an aside, it happens that Brandon very recently installed a heat pump for my brother. Nic was also very pleased with his Peter Inch & Associates experience.
