I emailed Physio Sport Med asking if they did cortisone injections and hydrodilatation for frozen shoulder. Simonne was fantastic. She had me booked for two weeks later and then called with a cancellation and I was in the next day. Dr Reid was very good, professional and compassionate.  I was then booked for the procedure three weeks later, but again Simonne called with a last minute cancellation and I was in two weeks early! Exceptional staff! Michael made room for me to manipulate my shoulder after the procedure while I was still frozen..so a lot of moving parts and everyone stood up! Meanwhile…in Barrie where I recently moved to, I had a referral sent to Strive on 23 April and now over eights weeks later and after having called THEM after two weeks, I still have not even been called for an initial consultation (thinking of reporting them to CPSO over that!) Couldn’t say more positive about Physio Sport Med of Oakville. Excellent clinic!
