I hired Patrick for a home inspection before purchasing a property, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the experience. A few months after moving in, we discovered a plumbing leak that a licensed plumber confirmed had been ongoing and clearly visible. This should have been caught during the inspection. When I reached out to Patrick, he denied any responsibility and dismissed the plumber’s assessment.

I understand inspections have limitations and don’t come with warranties, but when an obvious issue is missed and the response is dismissive instead of helpful, it’s frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
