I asked for a quote. The estimator came out promptly and gave me a quote for the job. I told him I was not in a big rush and he could use "fill-in" time at his convenience. The estimator agreed to that. I waited but no contact from Pinnacle. I called and he said they were very busy but he would get back to me that afternoon. He never ever did get back and I had to hire a different contractor. Very friendly but very poor service and lack of communication.
