Installed a backwater valve, in less than 30 days the valve cover came off and another company determined the valve was not installed properly. All Plumbpro said was your warranty was invalidated when the other plumber came out. Although that was not indicated in the warranty. I just asked for the $95 service fee to be reimbursed to me. If you do a bad job installing equipment, its the least you could do. Why would I want you back at my house fixing anything.
Service tech came to office to check bad smell that we took to be possibly a water leak. 3 people in the front office and I directed him to the bathrooms and told him if he needed anything I was right down the hall. He tried to call our warehouse mgr and was unable to reach her, because he was calling a number that he googled for our office and not the number she gave when she set the appointment up. He left our office and never asked, myself or the other two people in the office to sign the estimate to find the problem!!! We then received a bill for a dispatch call for 99.00. I called their office to find out what the bill was about and explained everything that I just said and asked that they come back out, they then told me they couldn't come back out unless the estimate was signed???? In addition the dispatch fee and the estimate fee would both have to be paid!!! I have called a more intelligent plumber.
