First, Victoria Ashley is Terrys daughter, fake review number 1, amongst all the rest that came moments after I post!!! Google will handle the fake reviews… Look at the photo I added that Terry sent my husband. He said he’s given my husband a partial refund, however, we have not seen that as of yet, and we were promised A FULL REFUND, as my daughter, husband, AND myself went here, only to be deceived by fake products used towards the last 3 months! My husband, daughter, and I were clients until last week. Unfortunately, the new medical assistant, GiGi, drew up a double dose of medication for my husband, causing an overdose and symptoms similar to a stroke. Unfortunately Tara, the former Nurse practitioner is no longer there, nor is the office manager, Laura, so I discussed this incident with the on-site nurse and the owner, Terry. Terry assured me that he would address the situation and provide a credit to my husband. My daughter and I had been receiving injections for approximately a year prior to my husband joining, with successful results in managing cravings, weight loss, and hunger control. However, over the past few weeks, my daughter and I experienced extreme nausea, vomiting, loss of hunger control, and weight gain. I brought this to Terry's attention. I expressed my concerns and requested a refund due to the adverse reactions to the new products. I also raised concerns about Eddie, Terry's son, who is not a certified medical assistant, administering injections unsupervised. Terry assured me that someone would contact me regarding a refund, but this has yet to occur. I would advise against using this establishment due to the incompetent medical assistant, who violates HIPPA LAWS, unprofessional staff, and owner who appears to prioritize profits over patient care. We have invested significant financial resources and wanted a refund😞 This office was amazing when Laura and Tara were there, hence all the great reviews… however, seems to have gone downhill fast.. don’t even want to give 1 star but have to

I was signed up under a special and the 3rd week they turned around and changed it and charged me more. Can't do that once someone has signed a contract. Pretty sure its illegal and its definitely shady. I feel very taken advantage of. Their excuse had to do with the government? Idk but it didnt pertain to me. Overcharge new customers, not someone you've already signed a contract with. Complete joke. Please do not go here. Fountain of Youth is great and they include a B-12 shot with all their weightloss meds. The doctor there is incredible! Please, dont go here. If you do, bring any documents you signed with you to all appointments so they can't do to you what they did to me. Stayed blessed everyone! ❤️ I attached a photo of the contact I signed to my Google review if anyone wants to see proof. 7.5mg was to be $459 but they charged me $509. I told the guy up front this wasn't what I was originally told, and he acted like he had no idea what special I was talking about. SO SO shady 🤦‍♀️ but yes, the picture of the contact is on my Google review.
