I have been here for almost 10 years since the days of Dr Kulp and have always been consistently blown away by the communication, professionalism, attention to detail and care for patients. From the minute you enter, the staff makes you feel valued. The staff is highly educated and intentional with all their thorough processes. In a world focused on rushing and numbers not people, this is a rare practice. Everything is for the patient, everyone takes the time to go over options, address any concerns thoroughly, ensuring that all questions are answered, and treatment plans are clear. They even give a sheet to go home with and check up on you between visits.

Dr Solomon exemplifies excellence. She is well known and respected for good reason: she is top tier in her field, combining excellence and expertise with genuine care for her patient's well-being. Every appointment for myself or my family has been handled carefully, thoroughly and compassionately. She is also a skilled surgeon. The treatments and biopsies and surgeries I have had and my husband’s surgery were all handled perfectly from start to finish. The staff are friendly and highly knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this practice.
I am writing this review to comment on the new facility in Cary as well. It is spacious, sanitary and inviting. I also want to mention Victoria who is excellent, very caring and clearly book smart. They do not push any plastic surgery or spa options on you, which I appreciate.

My golf group recommended this little office. Going here 5 years. Best Dermatologist hands down. I have been to several others in the area. The doctor is kind and whip smart. She diagnosed my condition when no one else could and has found skin cancers which were ignored by others. The whole staff is professional, efficient and understanding. They always focus on communication and respect. They always explain all my treatment options and value my opinions. I have chosen to go to them for all my surgeries and they have all been terrific. Negative margins, no infections and nice looking scars. They do more sterile precautions and checking up calls for a small surgery than I have had in hospitals! They always call with results even if I am out they will keep trying until they get me, which I appreciate. They only charge you for office visits. Unlike other offices there is no charge for filing out paper work or phone calls! I will say do not like text reminders which I have expressed to them. Overall I highly recommend Dr Solomon and Preston Dermatology.

This dermatology office is excellent. The doctor actually listens and explains in a clear way. She has a huge amount of knowledge obviously but never pushes anything on you. I have had exceptional results from this office. Highly recommend if you need a good long term solution.

I have been to this doctor for a number of different issues ranging from minor (but irritating) to serious cancer. She is outstanding and very kind. Her explanations of complicated diagnoses and treatments are patient friendly and her pamphlets are super helpful and informative. Above all she has the best bedside manner I have ever known in my 50+ years. She really cares for her patients. I recommend her to everyone.

As a retired health care provider, I recently visited Preston Dermatology and Dr Solomon specifically for a skin surgery to excise a melanoma, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, compassionate , and thorough. On the day of surgery the doctor took the time to explain the procedure in detail, walking me through the risks, benefits and alternatives, which made me feel confident and informed. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the staff ensured I was comfortable throughout. They provided clear after care instructions (catchily titled 'You've had a surgery now what?'), even called me the next day. I am pleased to state that I have been healing well with no complications so far. The attention to detail and genuine care for my health were outstanding. The clinic was clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and efficient. I also appreciated how they followed up to check on my recovery.

I personally had a great experience with Dr. Solomon who is always so kind hearted and sweet. . The staff was helpful in scheduling appointments same day and follow ups when I needed them. I have a hectic travel schedule working in sales. Wait time is always 5-10 minutes for all of my appointments thus far, and I've enjoyed the results I've gotten! As has my hubby! When friends comment on my glow I recommend Dr Solomon and Preston Dermatology!
