Ken did a good job.
I’ve seen Ken a few times now. He’s truly interested in doing a good job. He’s friendly and will always answer your questions.
Quan is an outstanding technician. In addition to being a nice gentleman, he is explicit with his service techniques and thorough in his application. Quan explains everything completely and has effectively eliminated the pests that have been plaguing our living space. Quan takes his time to ensure our concerns have been met and will repeat a process to ensure effective coverage. He does not adversely impact gardens or flower beds. He is so polite, it is a joy to have him as our technician. The products are long lasting and address a wide range of pests.
Wonderful company and Hiram and Carter were most thorough. Very happy!
Jonathon did a thorough all around treatment and made sure to ask and address our concerns. Friendly, on time even messaging his ETA and respectful of our space.
In addition to basic pest treatment, Prime's Technician was supposed to clear out wasp nest and spider webs from overhead, but did a very poor job. In addition, once you discontinue their service they will ignore your request and continue trying to bill you monthly. I would not recommend them to anyone.
