I chose Primo because of all their great reviews. My furnace was running but needed service. They came in and cleaned out what needed to be cleaned out, made excellent suggestions and explained how a deeper cleaning may be needed next year for one part. As my furnace is getting older, I was pleased to have a good company service it yearly. I paid the quoted price plus tax knowing I would get a receipt by email. But then they charged me $44.10 extra. That shocked me! Now I am thinking they might have mixed up the calls. They said my furnace was not running but it was. It is a busy time of the year so maybe a mix up did happen. I emailed back saying I would not pay it and they said that would be okay and wished me a Merry Christmas.
