They talked down to me as if what I requested wasn't something simple and doable. I got a gelx fullest nude power short
They did it incredibly thick
I work on stage my hands are a big deal I'm not from here so I didn't have an established manicurist in Orlando....she got upset at my simple request at shaping time
I only said square and not so bulky especially near the cuticle !! That's not even normal most professionals always thin and shape it
She ended up cutting me twice and said it wasn't a CUT
I was literally bleeding
I got upset
Her co worker said you have a shorter nail bed so she can do it too thin

Of course but uneven bulky is not fkn it

Abs don't gaslighting me as if in never to a full set experience

My daughter with a different tech experienced the same she got a French white tip and the man wouldn't go over it twice to make the white more white

What is wrong with these ppl

I won't ever return again

You can't cut me die to my ask for a proper job ...she apologized at the end and accidents happen that's okay
But I don't feel it was an accident she burned my other had with the electric file so I was more firm at no don't hurt me and then she stopped being rough

They were rude
Trying to gaslight me and then talking of my in front of me but I told her I had a best friend who was Vietnamese to basically tell her I undt and they kept talking crap in a low voice

Im pissed 120$ for me and my daughter no problem but they made it a bad experience


I do not recommend

Out 2 friends got pedis they did enjoy it at least
