There just aren't enough good words for me to adequately describe the assistance and service I received from Corey Smith. He is the best of the best.
I'm older and didn't grow up in the technology world, so I'm really technology challenged. Corey didn't just sell me Kinetic and Dish TV, he stayed in touch with me until I became comfortable I could use them. Even though I must have been a real pain for him to help at times, he returned every call I made, usually within 2-4 hours. He is very knowledgeable with regard to whatever he sells and good at sharing in a way you can understand. Actually, Corey was so patient and good at guiding me through some of the technical issues, I am now more knowledgeable in handling things that come up without constantly having to ask for assistance.
Corey is definitely an asset to Kinectic and Dish TV which I purchased, and I'll just bet for any other company he works with. I'd give him more than five stars if I could.!!!
