If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with PURCOR Pest Solutions has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is the **second time** they have charged me for a service they **never performed**, and their complete lack of professionalism and integrity is astonishing.
Here’s what happened: They claimed to have serviced my property, including entering my house and backyard. This is a blatant lie. I watched them on my **Ring camera**, and they **never even set foot on my property**. They sat in their car for a few minutes, then drove away, yet still claimed to have performed the service and even "used products." How can a company charge for a service they didn’t provide? This is outright fraud.
When I called to address the issue, I spoke with **Marcus**, who was apparently a manager. Let me just say, his attitude was **terrible**. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility or apologizing for their mistake, he doubled down and insisted that the service was completed. This, despite my clear video evidence showing otherwise. He was condescending and downright disrespectful. For someone in a managerial position, he’s a disgrace and has no business dealing with customers.
To make matters worse, the company’s practices are shady at best. They don’t schedule appointments properly, don’t notify you when they plan to show up, and don’t even send a follow-up email if they "miss you" (if they ever even came at all). They just show up unannounced—or pretend to—and then charge you for services they haven’t done. Their excuse? “We’ll come back for free.” How generous of them to offer to "fix" a service they lied about doing in the first place. It’s insulting and shows how poorly run this company is.
And to **top it all off**, after I confronted them about their fraudulent practices, they **canceled my service** as if I was the one in the wrong. The audacity of this company is beyond belief. Instead of addressing their blatant lies and poor service, they retaliated against me for calling them out. This is not just unprofessional; it’s flat-out unacceptable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This company was contracted in August 2024 to complete a tape and seal termite treatment at our building. A tent was not possible due to the closeness of the neighbor building and the other building's refusal to participate. So they subcontracted the job to a local pest control company who completed the service. Less than 1 year later, 8 months after the treatment, our tenants complained about termites reappearing and swarming their office. The industry warranty on termite treatment is usually 1 year as these treatments when done properly will solve the issue. Now when it came time to fix this issue, the company became impossible to communicate with to find a resolution. I first called Tues 5/20. I was put on the schedule for a Friday inspection as they were busy. First sign that this was not a priority to get fixed. Then when Friday came around, the inspector went to the wrong suite and did not check the other suites (only 4) to find the one with termites. He called me, I explained which suite had the issue and he guaranteed that he would circle back and inspect. He never returned and I received no update or communication from them. The next Tuesday I call again to complain that the inspection was not done and was told that the district manager would call me to discuss. I did not hear anything the rest of the week. I call again Friday and spoke to someone who put us back on the inspectors schedule as an "emergency". The inspector shows up on Tuesday, tells me that as the job was done last June (not true) our warranty was about to be up. I explained it was done at the end of August and I began calling in May. He confirmed a termite issue and offered spot treatments. This would not fix the problem, only put a bandaid. I said I wanted another tape and seal, he told me he would have the manager call me to discuss. Few days go by, I call again and am told the same, the manager will call. I am now more than 3 weeks in and have yet to hear from ANYONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
