IF I COULD GIVE "0" stars, I would.
I have a rental property in NE Minneapolis. Even though my tenant paid his rent on time this month, the funds were not deposited in my account until this morning July 17th. Despite emailing and calling since last Thursday the 10th no one from Pure could give me an answer about where my money was and when I would get it. They kept telling me how it was supposed to work. They had no sense to pivot, and no sense of the problems this caused me. I missed a credit card payment which will effect my credit rating and I've been sweating all week because there is only $75 in my checking account. Their inability to do ANYTHING to address the situation shows profound incompetence. Today I am filing a compliant with the Minnesota Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau for breach of fiduciary duty and mismanagement of client funds.
Do not work with these people. They do nothing but pass the buck. I could have handled this all on my own better than they do, but Minneapolis requires me to have a property manager. Their service to my tenant has been piss-poor as well.
