I had an outstanding experience with Alec at Quality Collision Repair Center in Garland, Texas. My Lance 2285 had significant exterior wall damage caused by slide movement after hitting a pothole, and my insurance company initially denied the claim, calling it “wear and tear.”
Alec went above and beyond to advocate for me. He carefully documented the damage, explained exactly how it occurred, and worked directly with the insurance company to prove it was not “wear and tear”. Thanks to his knowledge and persistence, the claim was ultimately approved.
The repair work was exceptional. The team welded the frame back together even stronger than the original build, and the exterior finish looks flawless — you would never know there had been damage. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.
