I received careless and unsafe service. The technician missed a simple humidifier filter check, which caused a major water leak that flooded my furnace room. Electrical wires were close to the water, which created a serious safety risk for my family.

I reported the issue days before and no one showed up. The agent offered an appointment after three days from 1 to 5 pm only. This ignored the urgency of the situation. I work and reach home at 5, yet I was told to switch off my furnace for three days in winter with kids and seniors at home. This advice was unsafe.

I did not receive urgent support. I did not receive the service I pay for. I am deeply disappointed. Not worth the money.
