My daugher had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The rental home had severe water damage that was not disclosed prior to move-in, causing mold and a musty smell throughout the entire property. The air conditioning was constantly malfunctioning, leaving her sweltering in the heat with no relief in sight. To make matters worse, the property management was completely unresponsive to our complaints and requests for repairs. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone from BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK, and when we did, they were dismissive and unhelpful. It was clear that they had no regard for the well-being or comfort of their tenants. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from BOLDst Real Estate dba Rent-LBK. The combination of water damage, AC issues, plumbing problems and many other items show negligent property management made for a truly miserable living situation. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a rental home.

I am currently renting a house from this company on North Ave P. The property manager and Madison Garza are very unprofessional, unresponsive and uncouth. They have flat out refused to fix the backyard gate that was caused by other dogs and the wall damage in the in the kitchen that was caused by a storm.
Do not waste your time and your manners dealing with this company. They don’t stay in compliance with the lease and they are an absolutely nightmare to deal with.
Rent from a reputable company. This company is shoddy, shady and very ghetto.
