My dad was a client of Ruffin It for years and always had really great things to say about them, so I already knew that they were top-notch people. But then my dad suddenly passed away and we were immediately faced with the issue of what to do with his dog.
I was absolutely blown away by the service and understanding we received from Ruffin It.
Simply talking to the owner (Steve) with his super-calming demeanor lowered our stress level considerably. Not only was my dad's dog very well cared for during this difficult time (and every other time), but the owner actually offered to take the dog in as his own and completely took care of the issue.
We are forever grateful to the folks at Ruffin It for being so professional and accommodating and would absolutely recommend this service to any dog owner who requires a super-caring environment for their dog.
