I had an appointment Friday Nov 7 to have milia removed from my face and eye area. Dr Bell asked me to show her where they were. As I wear glasses I asked for a magnifiying mirror. They did not have one. So without the use of my glasses or a proper mirror i pointed to where I remembered some were. Dr Bell did not do a close inspection of my face to search for other milia. It was a tech person who located 1 other. When I got home
and looked in the mirror I saw what i believe to be other mila that were missed. The following Monday I emailed the clinic, as directed to by the phone system. I have since received serval emails claiming to “try” to call me back at 3:00 or “sorry “they were not in the clinic on Friday with no missed calls on my phone. Each email did not address my simple request for a follow up visit.

I am totally dissatisfied with the care received and lack of patient follow up by the admin team.
