I was recommended this firm as an aggressive Probate litigator. Before going to litigation, I was told this case has been going on for too long and needed a fast closer. However, I ended up with a firm that provided very little feedback. After I emailed a question, it would sometimes take one week to reply. I also felt like my case was the lowest priority. We are now about six months and $5000 down the road with no advancement on my case. The opposing counsel are loving these delays.
The client is supposed to receive advice, but it is the clients ultimate decision on what actions are taken. This has not been the case for me. I recommend that if someone is looking for an attorney, just make sure you will receive constant communication and will answer your emails or calls. Remember, you are the paying client.
