Booked a 10 month old small pup for first cut there as it was closer so trying a new place . They completed the work ,but I was told when I arrived for pickup that they were a 'high volume' business and the pup was too distracted and I needed to fine another place to take her next time . So possible 10yr worth of business was not worth the extra time on the first visit. I asked to have the manager call to discuss this and that never happened .

Groomer did a great job and have in the past on my two golden doodles. However I was late dropping off and although I am very conscious of peoples time as I am a NP and know what it is like when pts are late, I honestly did not hear my phone as it was malfunctioning.
Upon drop off I was informed that I would be charged a late fee of $10/dog because I was 15 min late. Then they tried to call me for pick up and again I did not get the call cuz my phone was malfunctioning. They called my daughter (who just had her dog groomed there a few days before) thanks to my referral. She then text me and I called back apologizing. I was not late in picking up. When I explained my situation there was no understanding. What has this society come to. Do we ever cut people slack. I am a good paying customer and typically tip as I like the work, but the attitude was terrible and to add to it they make you stand out int he cold so only one person is at the desk at a time. Dog hair all over the so called reception area. Seems they need to accommodate the customer a little more if they want people to recommend them. If their facility is not set up to do that then they need to fix it. Consider yourself a past tense. Will not recommend.
