had a scheduled appointment with this office, and just minutes before I arrived, I received a call canceling the appointment. I had
set aside time and effort to prepare for the appointment, and
such short-notice cancellations
are unprofessional and
disappointing. I hope the office
shows more respect for people
time in the future.
