Horrible, unprofessional, no longer motivated employees! My father has been a patient here for almost 3 years. Everything was fine, some hick ups here and there with wrong appointments etc. BUT these last 2 appointments on 3-26-26 and this morning have been such a lousy experience for my father. The staff from front office to the girls and the rooms have been so unpleasant. There is no friendliness and the atmosphere feels so depressing. I asked to speak with Veronica the office manager just to find out she is no longer with this company. That is disappointing as she was always so caring and attentive to all the patients. Very compassionate manager who always made sure my father skin cancers were scheduled. What is also disappointing is to find out there is NO manager in office. Who runs this place, how can you run a company with no supervisor? To the owner of the company I hope you get a manager like the one you had who cared for patients. More so that motivated employees to smile and be compassionate because it's seems they are lacking of that! Needless to say my father will longer be a patient here. We found Dr Macias who is a dermatologist and also takes Medicare insurance.
