I went from 228-204.9 in 2 months with eating much lighter, some moderate exercise, and Slingevity. Since I had been doing both before then plateaued on my weight, and only added Slimgevity, I know that is what made the difference and put me onto a better path of weight loss. The staff are very kind as well.
