My husband and myself just recently started renting a property manager by SNSHN Management & Reality. We put in a work order to have a plumber come out. He did a wonderful job and was very personable. Where the problems come into play is with the actual owner of the property. The tenant and the management company can only do so much. If the owner doesn't want to fix thing's everyone's hand's are tired. Greg the plumber was great!
