I trusted this accountant to handle my tax filing, but due to her mistakes, my return was filed incorrectly. As a result, I ended up owing a large amount to Revenu Québec and CRA that I should not have been responsible for. She did acknowledge her error, but simply admitting the mistake doesn’t fix the financial and emotional stress it caused. I expected a professional accountant to review details carefully and guide me properly — especially since that’s what clients pay for. Unfortunately, the lack of responsibility and accuracy was unacceptable. I would not recommend her services.
