Awaiting a refund for $20 which was charged to my credit card in error. It started May 27th and was told that management will issue the refund in two weeks I waited five weeks still no refund, i was told by Bipasha that she will follow up and call me, but she never did. I left various messages via emails , phone calls but to no avail. Admin staff seems to lack basic experience to do their job. The credit/refund is generally issued from the same electronic sytem that made the charge to the credit card. Bipasha said that Management has to issue the refund. Go figure this one for Point of sale system and credit card charge. It may even confuse Moneris Solutions.
