8/13/24-Our technician Manuel was very polite and professional. He answered all our questions and actually found a line on the property we weren't aware of that he needed to complete the job. I have done business with Strongbuilt and although everything has not always been okay initially all issues were resolved with communication being key when working with customers. I appreciate improvements that have been made regarding giving great customer service. Manuel was awesome in the care and time he took explaining why and what he was doing. Absolute pleasure and an asset to your company

Nothing but issues. First off, they left the water line loose flooded the hall and ruin the carpet. Wouldn't cover it. Next I had water leaking out of the switch box on the wall. They left the fitting on the roof loose and it ran down the wiring. When they sold the breezair tbqi5500 unit to me, I asked them if I could service it myself and they assured me I could. They said they would get me a service manual, never did. They lied. The second year, it kept stting fault codes and it took you guys a month and a half to fix it in the middle summer. Wanted to change the pads this year and no place would sell them to me. Even called sealey who makes the unit. Told me the same thing, they only sell to licensed contractors. Called about having new pads installed, was quoted $700.00. That was the last straw. Hadn't removed last week and had an aerocool installed by someone else for less money than you charged me. I have already made sure I can service this one myself and find the parts locally at home depot. It works better than the breezair. I'll never use your company again. Also my buddy had the same unit installed by you, and he had the same kind of issues. He also had it removed from his me and installed another brand 2 months ago.
