Where to start. This location is a mess. Staff is rude and will leave you waiting as they carry on their useless chatter. The “manager” is the worst of all. There is always a line of people into the waiting area to be checked in. Beds are never clean. The salon itself is not clean. Lobby floor hasn’t been mopped in forever. Neither has the room floors. I always grab the bottle by the towel rack and reclean the bed myself. Don’t even get me started on the towels in the rooms being dirty. They are very pushy about selling highly marked up products. All they care about is their commission. There is always a customer in there upset about service or being double billed. It is obviously this place does not care about the customers. This used to be a great place to tan but the change in staff ruined the place.
