Terrible experience. I called them to request a locksmith and the lady on the phone quoted me $15 for the service call to have the locksmith come troubleshoot the issue and give me an estimate for repairs. The locksmith came and charged me DOUBLE what I was quoted for just the service call, plus tax. When I called back, the lady agreed to refund me the difference. Now they are not answering the phone. I rate them 0 out of 10 … these guys steal from you. I highly recommend calling their competition for free estimates instead … here are numbers for other Locksmiths that are more reliable and honest 647-732-1167 or 647-735-6709
