They just lost a long-time customer. I had a medical incident while I was there and accidentally left my watch in the room because I was going to faint. When I noticed I had left it I called them and all they would say is that they were too busy to deal with it and that it wasn’t their responsibility. Someone obviously stole it. I will never set foot in that place again, even though I just bought more minutes. What a disgusting way to treat your customers… no compassion, nothing! They should be ashamed!!
