The Pet Set

I write this review in honor of my 6 year old Finn. On July 28, 2025 he tragically died while boarding at PetSet. He received late attention that he died en route to the hospital after the PetSet worker saw him sick for hours. According to PetSet, the owner was far away that it took him time to get to Finn when called. As I picked up Finn's belongings the next day (we flew home immediately), no one at PetSet knew where his things were or what had happened. They gave me his things in trash bags. It was just another dog. The owner, Jose, didn't inform him staff of what had happened. He was on vacation. I've asked questions, they have no answers. Till this day I haven't received a formal apology, a condolence card, nothing. He was just a dollar sign. I will never know if Finn's life could have been spared if the proper attention was given. He was young and healthy. I regret every day having placed Finn in their care. I write this for all future and current pets at PetSet.
