We worked with Jerry Boyles when selling our house as his clients were very interested in our home. He immediately told our real estate agent the the painting job in our home was terrible and that there were many problems with our home. Jerry Boyles is not to be trusted. He also works with a home inspector that is very unprofessional and will find hundreds of faults with your home. Be very careful of these 2! We put $100,000 worth of gorgeous renovations into our home and it showed beautifully. We were working with 3% realty and I believe this was a problem for him. This guy is very sketchy.
