Poor Customer Service. The Waxing Strip in Aurora do not care about client relationships they are overshadowed by financial transactions ONLY. The Waxing Strip is not interested in fostering strong customer relationships. They do not value the importance of understanding clients, only want to charge your credit card. Stay away give your business to a company that respect and appreciates good customers.
