My husband I recently returned to Tire Choice to get services done on our Jeep Liberty due to the excellent service we received in January 2025. We were informed that the Manager had changed. Robert seemed nice so we left the vehicle to get a quote on the services. Robert spoke with my husband and listed off several services that needed to be done and couldn't wait. He demanded my husband get pre-qualified for their Pay tomorrow and that the estimated cost was around $3000. Once approved, he tacked on extra fees increasing the cost to $3328.55. He never broke down the charges, we requested a quote be sent to us but it never was. He did the services but never called to inform that they needed to keep it overnight. We had to call the next morning to get an update but he was not there and it ended up taking them until after 2pm to get it completed. I request a copy of the quote and saw that the charges were outrageous. I informed the Assistant Manager Chris that we are not happy with the services and charges. He said he would have to have Robert call me when he returned. I didn't receive a call and had to call him. He stated that there was a typo with the labor charge for the Transmission exchange and he would request a refund. I had researched the other charges and say that they were all inflated based on other places in the area. I informed Robert and he said he would look at it again and get back to me. He didn't call me back, I called and spoke with Chris and was informed that Robert transferred to another store. I informed him of the issue and tried to give him an opportunity to make it right. Now he is saying less of a refund than Robert and that it will take 6-9 weeks to refund. The are crooks. Do not go here or any of the Tire Choice locations, they will rip you off. It is sad that it is so hard to find an honest mechanic anywhere.
