John Robinson is a scammer. He’s done a list of things. But the first red flag was making me pay utilies for all 4 units on the property for years without my knowledge. I only rented out one of the units for my grandmother. He’s very manipulative & lies constantly. He takes advantage of the elderly. Does nothing but gaslight when he’s caught. Neighbors said nothing but bad things about him. Avoid at all costs.
